Examples of recent experience:
- Acting on the acquisition of the whole of the issued share capital of an Isle of Man company and UK company which involved financial assistance and BVI owner; funding by Merchant Bank. Total consideration £2.3m.
- Acting for UK company in group restructure, followed by sale of issued share capital to an international French based company. Total consideration £1.2m.
- Acting for start up specialist environmental manufacturing company in relation to venture capital investment of £1m.
