Although dealing with conflicts at work is inevitably a big part of the work we do for our employer clients it is not the sole focus. Successful businesses concentrate not only on avoiding employment tribunal claims but also employee engagement. This means a working environment where employees are valued and can achieve their maximum potential and contribution to the continued success of the business. We help our clients to achieve this, advising on a range of measures including anti-discrimination polices and procedures, flexible working and employee terms and benefits.
We also have particular experience in acting for senior executives, many of them City based, both in entering and leaving employment, negotiating contracts, terms of remuneration including share options, advising on directors' duties and also negotiating substantial severance packages including bonus entitlements. Our employment team regularly give advice through the medium of Welsh with Bethan Darwin, Fflur Jones and Rhys Parsons fluent Welsh speakers.
The employment team also provide training and seminars to clients and human resources officers on employment law, policies and procedures and produce a regular employment newsletter. If you would like to receive the employment newsletter please contact Denice on 029 2082 9129 specifying whether you wish to receive the newsletter in English, Welsh or both and whether by hard-copy or email.
