- Acting for a number of clients in asset purchases from Administrators.
- Acted for seller in share sale of pre-cast concrete company to Irish company. Deal turned around in 1 week to prevent seller going into administration/liquidation.
- Advised start-up media technology company on venture capital investment and assignment of IT/IP assets from founding owners into company.
- Advised manufacturing company on investment by Finance Wales Ltd which involved a debt for equity swap, increase of authorised share capital and subsequent amendments to Articles of Association.
- Advised wealth management business on corporate structure/investment and subsequent incorporation of LLP and comprehensive members agreement.
- Acting for a number of businesses and business owners on share buybacks.
Jason also advises sports clubs, organisations and individuals on commercial and regulatory matters.
