Equality and diversity
We benefit from having a diverse team of employees and we treat them and our clients and suppliers with fairness. This results in us having well-motivated and loyal people. Our aim is that our diverse internal community reflects the external constituency in which we operate and with which we interact.
We give advice on equality and diversity to all our clients. It is a mainstream part of our advice. We consider that everyone has a duty and a responsibility with regards to fairness. Our clients expect and accept that we will consider the equality and diversity implications of their legal issue.
One of our solicitors, Eleanor Williams, has just left Darwin Gray to become the Head of Legal at the Equality and Human Rights Commission in Wales. She acknowledges Darwin Gray for giving her the experience of working for a company that puts equality and diversity at the heart of their business.
Darwin Gray runs seminars, delivers training and gives hand-on HR advice in the area of equality and diversity as well as being a centre of legal expertise.
