Gemma is currently in her second year at Cardiff University, studying Business Management. She is undertaking a placement semester with Darwin Gray in order to sharpen her skills and gain practical marketing experience.
Gemma joined Darwin Gray in November 2022. She is now working full time with the firm, alongside completing her studies.
As Marketing Executive, Gemma has a wide range of responsibilities, including managing the firm’s website, PR and social media channels, as well as creating content and organising Wales’s first HR Future of Work Conference.
A thrill seeker, Gemma is currently social secretary for Cardiff University’s Airsoft Society, and regularly plays airsoft with her friends. She is also learning how to ice skate and goes to weekly skating lessons, where she is currently working towards reaching level 5.
