Franchise HR Service

We recognise that one of the biggest challenges and costs franchisees face is dealing with the complexities of taking on and managing staff. As a franchisor, you have an interest in the effective management of human resources by your franchisees.  After all, a disgruntled former employee of a franchisee has the potential to cause damage to the brand as a whole.  For this reason, we have developed a Franchise HR service for you to roll out across your network, ensuring a consistent, reliable and responsive approach to HR matters as they arise. 

As part of our entry-level package, we will work with you to develop bespoke branded employment contracts and an Employment Handbook for you to provide to your franchisees – at a fixed price.  From there, we can add additional support for your franchisees (and ultimately, additional brand protection for the franchise)  by working with you to develop workplace practices (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention) and additional policies as required, and, by building a bespoke retainer service, give your franchisees a named, experienced HR consultant to provide support as the need arises. 

Our Franchise HR service will be tailored to you and your franchise, and the additional support in this key area could be an excellent selling point for your franchise.
