Heledd Ainsworth

Heledd qualified as a Solicitor in December 2024 and specialises in employment law. She advises clients across the public, private and third sectors on a wide range of employment issues, including contracts of employments, staff handbooks and policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, capability and performance management, discrimination and equality issues in the workplace, settlement agreements and employment tribunal proceedings.

As a fluent Welsh speaker, Heledd regularly advises clients in both Welsh and English. Heledd also advises public bodies and other organisations on the implications of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 and the Welsh Language Standards.
