Charles joined Darwin Gray’s Insolvency department in September 2025 and assists the team on a range of matters . Charles commenced his training contract at Blake Morgan in September 2023; undertaking seats in Commercial, Real Estate, Insolvency and Corporate; and qualified into Insolvency in September 2025. Charles also has previous experience as Paralegal in Commercial Litigation and also Personal Injury.

Charles obtained a 2:1 honours law degree from University of Manchester and a distinction in his Legal Practice Course with combined Masters at Cardiff University.
