wealth of experience to advise clients and assist them with reaching solutions in all aspects of insolvency and
commercial dispute resolution.
Kate’s wide-ranging experience relates to all aspects of insolvency work, including advising insolvency
practitioners in their capacities as office-holders for a variety of contentious and non-contentious work. Kate also
acts for and advises directors and individuals alike in relation to all company and personal insolvency-related
matters.
On the dispute resolution side, Kate also has extensive experience of conducting all types of commercial litigation,
franchise disputes and housing management work; including progressing matters to trial and settling out of court
using a range of alternative dispute resolution, in particular mediation. Kate also regularly conducts advocacy in
the County Court.
