Non is an Associate in Darwin Gray’s award-winning Commercial Property team and deals with all aspects of commercial property work, including acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, refinancing matters, assisting with new development site set-ups and residential plot sales. Non has experience in advising both landlords and tenants on a wide range of commercial landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating new leases and rent deposit deeds, dealing with licences, side letters, lease assignments and related property management matters. She acts on behalf of landlords, tenants, housing associations and charities, as well as commercial entities across a variety of sectors.
Non also has several years’ experience in residential property and has also acted for several large development companies in their disposals of new build properties and acquisitions of part exchange properties, prior to joining Darwin Gray in September 2024.
Non in based in our Cardiff office and is a fluent Welsh speaker.
