Elin is a Senior Associate in Darwin Gray’s award-winning Commercial Property team and is experienced in all aspects of commercial property.
Elin regularly deals with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters, new development projects, site-set ups, plot sales and secured lending. She also manages a wide range of residential work to include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residential properties, and assists with compliance with the recent Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016.
Elin’s clients range from limited companies, housing associations, local councils and other public bodies, to charities, not for profit organisations, partnerships and individual sole traders.
Elin is based in our north Wales office, and is a fluent Welsh speaker, conducting her work through the medium of both Welsh and English.
