Bríd is a solicitor in the Employment team and advises on a wide range of Employment law matters. Due to her breadth of experience in both the public and private sectors, she has a strong practical understanding of workplace issues unique to both sectors.
Before she joined Darwin Gray, Bríd worked as in-house Solicitor and Compliance Officer for a Cardiff-based SME. Prior to that she worked at a large commercial firm where she advised a wide range of public and private sector clients on matters relating to corporate governance. Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Bríd worked in the public sector, including eight years at what was then known as the National Assembly for Wales. She is a fluent Welsh speaker.
