Rhodri is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team at Darwin Gray.
An experienced corporate lawyer, he regularly advises SMEs on corporate acquisitions, disposals and governance issues. Rhodri also advises founders and management teams on exits, buy-ins/outs and private equity transactions as well as fast growth companies or investors on venture capital investments, particularly high-net-worth individuals.
Before returning to his home city of Cardiff, Rhodri trained and worked in the City of London for a number of years working at leading international law firms on complex cross-border and high-profile M&A, private equity transactions and IPOs and fundraisings on London Stock Exchange.
Rhodri has particular experience in the entertainment, TV and Film industry where he advises television and film production companies and their founders on legal matters relating to co-productions, productions and related intellectual property matters.
A member of the Royal Television Society (RTS), Rhodri sits on the RTS board in Wales which is responsible for organising various events across Wales including the annual RTS Cymru Wales Awards.
