Before joining Darwin Gray, Rhodri worked as a Management Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP (EY) supporting clients operating across sectors and industries undertaking large organisational change and transformation programs in the UK (London), the US (New York City) and Hong Kong.
Having started his career as a Solicitor in Private Practice, Rhodri gained wide ranging experience working on Commercial matters within Local Authority in Wales and London.
