Charles is a member of the Insolvency team, supporting on a range of contentious matters, such as pursuing liquidator claims against company directors for breach of duty, misfeasance, director loan accounts, unlawful dividends, transactions at an undervalue and preferences. He also assists with non-contentious matters such as remuneration applications, administration extensions and company restorations.
Charles commenced his training contract in September 2023, undertaking seats in Commercial, Property, Insolvency and Corporate; and qualified into Insolvency in September 2025, when he joined Darwin Gray. Charles also has previous experience as Paralegal in Commercial Litigation and also Personal Injury.
Charles obtained a 2:1 Honours law degree from University of Manchester and a distinction in his Legal Practice Course with combined Masters at Cardiff University.
