Vanessa Lovell

Vanessa is a Senior Associate in our highly regarded dispute resolution team. She has gained vast experience in practice areas across a number of different firms over the last 18 years and advises on a broad range of disputes. She specialises in commercial litigation, contested wills and estates and a wide range of complex property issues.

Vanessa has a wealth of experience regularly advising individuals and businesses, on commercial issues arising from disputes such as breach of contract, business ownership and shareholder disputes providing a pragmatic approach and negotiating solutions. She also has experience in bringing High Court claims on behalf of beneficiaries and executors in various disputes over wills, trusts and estates.

She also handles various high-profile and complex property related disputes, acting for clients including housebuilders, property management companies as well as public and private companies, and individuals. She has also acted for landlords and tenants in the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal and Residential Property Tribunal (Wales) achieving positive outcomes for her clients.
