Patrick joined Darwin Gray in 2016. He represents clients on a range of commercial, property and probate disputes, and regularly appears in the County Court and the High Court on behalf of both corporate and individual clients.

Patrick graduated in Law from Swansea University in 2012, following which he completed the LPC at Cardiff University.

In September 2016, Patrick joined Darwin Gray on secondment from a local residential conveyancing firm. Upon completion of his training contract in December 2016 he joined the Dispute Resolution team, where he represents clients on a range of commercial, property and probate disputes, and regularly appears in the County Court and the High Court on behalf of both corporate and individual clients.

As part of the Social Housing team Patrick advises housing associations on a variety of housing management and anti-social behaviour matters. Patrick conducts litigation and appears in court on behalf of housing associations in respect of possession and trespass claims, injunction applications and committal proceedings.

Within the insolvency team Patrick advises practitioners, creditors and debtors on a range of bankruptcy and corporate insolvency matters, from bankruptcy petitions and applications to high-value claims against former directors of insolvent companies.

Personal Interests

In his spare time, Patrick enjoys watching live sport, in particular supporting Leinster Rugby and Yeovil Town FC. He also enjoys a good drink and a barbecue with friends and family.
