In March 2002, Donald co-founded Darwin Gray. Donald is the head of the Commercial Property team and acts on complex development projects with a particular focus on security issues in construction and on mixed use schemes.
Rhodri joined Darwin Gray as a partner in June 2003. He advises and litigates on a broad range of commercial and contractual disputes including a wide range of property related disputes and professional negligence claims. Rhodri also has specialist expertise in Wills and probate disputes and contentious trust issues.
As well as being the firm’s Managing Partner, Stephen is Head of the Corporate and Commercial, Franchising and Data Protection teams. With his broad commercial experience, Stephen acts for a range of businesses across many sectors, including manufacturing, education, housing, construction, IT/ software, medical and bio sciences.
Fflur joined Darwin Gray in 2003, becoming a partner in 2010. She is head of the Employment and HR team and provides advice on all aspects of employment law, with a specialism in discrimination law. Fflur is passionate about providing exemplary HR and employment law advice to all clients.
Damian joined Darwin Gray in 2009 as a partner in the Employment and HR team and advises on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Damian is also head of the Sport team and has considerable experience of acting for professional sportspeople and Clubs.
Catherine joined Darwin Gray in 2007, becoming a Partner in April 2019. With a particular focus on pre-let development schemes and multi-tenanted property transactions for investors Catherine has built up in-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant issues.
Gareth joined Darwin Gray in 2004, becoming a Partner in April 2019. He has experience in a broad range of commercial property areas, which include sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, re-financing, and property work associated with franchises.
Owen joined Darwin Gray in 2008, becoming a Partner in April 2019. He is a member of the Employment and HR and Sport teams. Owen has extensive experience in all areas of employment law and advises both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
Kate joined Darwin Gray in 2012. She acts for a wide range of clients, including corporate clients and individuals on a broad range of commercial, contractual, insolvency and property related disputes. Kate also advises Social Housing landlords on housing management matters and anti-social behaviour cases.
Siobhan joined Darwin Gray in 2014. She acts for clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on intellectual property and data protection issues, and buying and selling businesses. As a BFA Qualified Franchise Professional, Siobhan acts for both franchisors and franchisees on a range of franchising matters.
Sarah joined Darwin Gray in 2004 and, after taking a career break in 2009, re-joined in 2016. She has experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial property transactional work including landlord and tenant, sales and purchases and secured lending.
Rachel joined Darwin Gray in 2014 and was promoted to Associate in April 2019. She is a member of the Employment & HR team, advising employers and employees in relation to pay, contracts of employment, disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination, unfair dismissal, data protection and TUPE issues.
Patrick joined Darwin Gray in 2016 and became an Associate in April 2019. He represents clients on a range of commercial, property and probate disputes, and regularly appears in the County Court and the High Court on behalf of both corporate and individual clients.
Laura joined Darwin Gray in 2016, beginning her training contract in 2017. Laura qualified in April 2019 and is part of the Employment & HR team, assisting with contentious and non-contentious matters for both individuals and businesses.
Fiona joined Darwin Gray in 2006 as an HR Consultant. She is a member of the Employment & HR team and acts as an outsourced HR department for clients providing advice and guidance on HR issues as well as drafting policies / procedures and conducting disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and TUPE processes.
Rhys is a qualified lawyer and is a consultant to Darwin Gray specialising in sports-related employment law. With over 10 years of experience, Rhys regularly supports the Sport and Employment & HR teams.
Anna joined Darwin Gray in 2015 as Marketing Manager. She is responsible for managing the firm’s communications, marketing strategy and business development including website and social media management, creating and coordinating marketing content and events.
