Oliver is a Partner in Darwin Gray’s award-winning Commercial Property team. Oliver trained at an international law firm and has previously worked in both international and national law firms.
Oliver has particular experience dealing with landlord and tenant matters. He regularly advises several portfolio clients on their lease management requirements, including variations, assignments, surrenders, renewal leases and new acquisitions.
Oliver enjoys advising on the commercial property aspects of corporate transactions and works closely with his colleagues in the negotiation of business and share sale agreements and related disclosure
Oliver also acts for pension trustees and SIPP members due to his background in pensions law.

Advising on a complicated demerger of a family-owned company with a large property portfolio
Drafting and negotiating a range of landlord and tenant documents for a large early years education provider, including several new leases for formerly local authority run nurseries
