
Oliver is an experienced Senior Associate in Darwin Gray’s award-winning Commercial Property team. Oliver trained at an international law firm and has previously worked in both international and national law firms.
Oliver works closely with a wide variety of clients, and has particular experience dealing with landlord and tenant matters and enjoys advising on the commercial property aspects of corporate transactions. Oliver also has also acted for pension trustees and SIPP members due to his background in pensions law.
Regularly working closely with our corporate team, he provides valuable support on business acquisition-related matters and disposal transactions and has built strong, lasting relationships with a plethora of high profile clients as a trusted advisor.

Advising on the exercise of option agreements regarding wind turbines for community interest organisations.
Assisting in a share sale on property liabilities and negotiating amendments to property documents and assignments of leases.
