Sarah joined Darwin Gray in 2004 and, after taking a career break in 2009, re-joined in 2016. She has experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial property transactional work including landlord and tenant, sales and purchases and secured lending.

Sarah trained with a high street law firm before joining Darwin Gray on qualification as a solicitor in 2004. Sarah worked as part of the Commercial Property team before taking a career break in 2009.
During her career break Sarah continued to work in a non-legal capacity for a national charity. Sarah re-joined Darwin Gray in October 2016.
Sarah has experience in dealing with a wide range of commercial property transactional work including landlord and tenant, sales and purchases and secured lending.
Sarah acts for sole traders, partnerships, charities and limited companies advising them on a variety of commercial properties including retail, office, industrial and warehouse premises. Sarah also has experience in acting for pension trustees and individual SIPP members.
Sarah was promoted to Associate in April 2018.
Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a keen Welsh learner.
